This privacy policy applies to Futurity Structures Inc. ("Futurity", "we", "us", or "our"), accessible at futuritystructures.com. We build and deliver factory-direct modular homes across Canada and the United States. For questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@futuritystructures.com.

We collect information you provide directly when you: Submit an enquiry through our contact form (name, email address, project location, project type, budget range, message) Use our estimator tool and enter your email to unlock full results (email address, model selection, region, delivery type, estimated cost) Use our configurator and submit your configuration (email address, name, configuration details) Submit a commercial or government development brief (name, email, company, organisation, project scale, timeline, procurement type) We also collect information automatically through your browser: Project configuration data stored in your browser's localStorage (model selection, region, estimate). This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers unless you submit a form. Server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of visit. This data is used for security and performance monitoring only.

We use the information we collect to: Respond to your enquiry with relevant information about your specific project Store your contact details and project information in HubSpot CRM to manage our relationship with you Score your enquiry to help our team prioritise responses (this is based on project value and submission type — it does not affect your ability to receive service) We do not use your information for: Advertising or retargeting campaigns Selling or sharing with third parties for marketing Any purpose other than responding to your direct enquiry

For visitors in Canada, our legal basis for processing is your express consent, given when you submit a form. For visitors in the European Economic Area, our legal basis is legitimate interest — specifically, responding to a direct enquiry you initiated. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@futuritystructures.com.

Your contact information is stored in HubSpot CRM, hosted on servers in North America. HubSpot is SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Your browser-side project data (localStorage) is stored only on your device and is cleared when you clear your browser data. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. We do not store payment information — we do not process payments through this website.

We retain your contact information in HubSpot CRM for as long as there is a reasonable likelihood of a business relationship. If you have not been in contact with us for 2 years, we will delete your record. You may request deletion at any time — see Section 8.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data: HubSpot CRM (hubspot.com) — contact management and deal tracking. HubSpot privacy policy: legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy MapLibre (maplibre.org) — interactive maps on our permitting and process pages. No personal data is transmitted to MapLibre. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising tracking services at this time.

You have the right to: Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information Deletion — request that we permanently delete your information Portability — request your data in a portable format Objection — object to our processing of your data To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@futuritystructures.com. We will respond within 7 days.

We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to save your project configuration between sessions. This is functional only — it allows you to return to the site and find your previous estimate. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party cookies. If you decline our privacy notice, no project data is stored in your browser beyond the current session.

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as our services change. We will note the updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website.
