There is no third interior shot of Origin because there is nothing else to photograph. You are buying a certified, permit-free building with a finished envelope and a blank floor — and the freedom to decide what goes in it, on your own timeline and budget.

For the consultant or solo professional who sees clients from home and needs it to read as an office, not an apology. The desk runs the full 10'-2" beneath the side windows — an early draft put it on the front wall until we caught it would block the door.

Two millwork finishes, same price. Oak reads warm and residential. White lacquer reads clean and bounces more light around a 69 sq ft room.

Shou Sugi Ban is a 300-year-old Japanese preservation method: fire the timber to 1200°C and the charred surface becomes its own defence against rot, insects and embers. No paint, no stain, no annual maintenance cycle.

Ours is recovered Douglas Fir, sourced through our VEMA partnership and tracked by component — so the wood on your building has a history before it gets one with you.
